When

Cost

Pricing is based per cycle (ex: 6–8 weeks) and includes:

  • Weekly group sessions

  • All art/play materials

  • Parent updates or check-ins

  • A closing progress summary

What to Expect

Each session blends art, play, and body movement to help children learn emotional skills in ways that feel natural and fun. Kids will practice:

  • Naming and understanding emotions

  • Building frustration tolerance

  • Using coping strategies during tough moments

  • Resolving conflict with peers

  • Taking turns, sharing space, and communicating needs

  • Making and maintaining friendships

  • Trying new activities in a supportive, low-pressure setting

Every activity is designed to strengthen social-emotional skills through experiential learning, not lectures. Sessions may include story-based play, role-playing, collaborative games, painting, sensory activities, yoga-inspired movement, and creative problem-solving.

Parents can expect periodic updates about themes, skills practiced, and ways to support carryover at home.

Where

Held at Ignite Pathways Counseling (or your location), in a warm, play-centered therapy room designed for learning through movement, creativity, and connection.
The environment is sensory-friendly, calm, and intentionally set up for kids to explore emotions through art, play, and body-based activities.
