At Ignite Pathways, we provide individuals and families with a welcoming, non-judgmental space to reconnect—with themselves, their purpose, their passions, and their loved ones.

We are an all-inclusive therapy group, proudly affirming and supporting people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. Everyone is welcome here.

Our team offers a wide range of specialties to meet the diverse needs of our community including sports medicine-informed therapy, evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT, and EMDR provided by certified clinicians. We’re also excited to be launching a dedicated Littles Program, offering age appropriate therapeutic support for young children and their families.

Rooted in a trauma-informed care model, our approach prioritizes safety, trust, and transparency. We recognize how trauma can shape emotions, behavior, and worldview, and we tailor each therapy experience to honor your unique background while ensuring no further harm.

Wherever you are on your path, we’re here to walk beside you empowering growth, fostering healing, and helping you reclaim connection and clarity in your life.

Groups & Programs

  • This holiday season, Ignite Pathways is creating something special for their Littles Program, an opportunity for young children to slow down, connect, and create with intention. As part of their winter curriculum, they’re introducing hands-on art activities where each child gets to design and craft their own holiday decorations.

From painted ornaments to personalized garlands and keepsake creations inspired by the examples shown, these projects are designed to support emotional expression, fine-motor development, and sensory exploration. Each decoration becomes more than a craft, it becomes a tangible reminder of joy, creativity, and the child’s growing confidence.

Ignite Pathways believes that art helps children feel grounded and empowered, especially during the busy holiday season. By offering a space where Littles can explore color, texture, and imagination, the program encourages connection, self-expression, and the simple magic of making something with their own hands.

These holiday creations will be incorporated into the program’s broader therapeutic work and giving children an avenue to build emotional regulation skills, practice mindfulness, and experience the pride of creating something uniquely their own.

The Littles Program continues to grow through activities like these, offering a blend of gentle structure, therapeutic support, and playful creativity that helps each child feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

About Ignite

At Ignite, we believe that mental health care should feel accessible, welcoming, and rooted in genuine understanding. Our commitment to inclusivity is not just a statement—it is a core value that shapes everything we do. We recognize that every individual comes with their own unique story, identity, background, and lived experience. Because of that, we are intentional about creating a space where each person feels seen, respected, and supported just as they are.

Being truly inclusive also means reducing barriers to care. One of the most significant challenges people face in seeking counseling is financial accessibility. We know that cost should never be the reason someone hesitates to begin their mental health journey, which is why we are proud to partner with the majority of major insurance providers in Washington State. By accepting a wide range of insurance plans, we aim to ensure that therapy can be within reach for as many individuals and families as possible.

Our goal is to meet people where they are—with compassion, expertise, and a commitment to cultural humility. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, we want you to feel confident that you are stepping into a safe and affirming environment. Ignite is a place where you can show up authentically, explore your internal world without judgment, and work toward meaningful healing and growth.

We are honored to walk alongside our clients as they take courageous steps toward wellness. If you are ready to begin or return to therapy, we invite you to reach out, explore your options, and discover how we can support you. Your story matters here, and you deserve care that honors who you are, every part of you.
